Southwestern Modern

The Southwestern Modern residence was designed for the couple that adores entertaining. The clients requested a glamorous, travel-centric vibe rich in refreshing color; an energetic space spilling intensity.
Found throughout are authentic handmade Moroccan accents, Spanish paintings, and European antiques. About the house are African-print furnishings, hand-upholstered and crafted in David’s workshop.
In the Living room stands a limestone fireplace flanked by French mirrors. Vine-wrapped medallion patterns the Italian armchairs that face the hearth’s finery. Ivory and black sofas speak to the zebra-print chairs in the dining room.
The Dining room is a cultural nexus: a Moroccan chandelier glitters, its blown glass swags creating an ombre rainbow. Ralph Lauren velvet-silk chairs wreath David’s own handmade dining table. A Russian rug sprawls below it all.
Mounted above the bed, radiating strength, an ancient Japanese painted screen gazes from behind glass. Fluffy rugs ring a lush bed with a custom-made, hand upholstered frame fashioned to fit perfectly below. Bespoke drapes draw the room together.
