Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham’s mansion redesign was a celebration of her energetic, exuberant personality. Governor Michelle requested native art and color-rich fabrics to reflect the vibrant vitality of her constituents and David delivered.
The den’s coffee table was custom-made in David’s workshop; the sofas were repurposed and recovered. In the living room lay an authentic Navajo rug. A black-and-white chair story borders her conference room—a decision she adored.
David relished his time with Governor Michelle; their close collaboration truly set her home apart.
Governor Bill Richardson requested a redesign that aligned with his traditional tastes. Together, he and David cultivated a classic aesthetic through subdued tones, heavy fabrics, and fine antiques.
Hand-crafted headboards and an inviting fireplace grace the guest room. The dining room drapes were completely custom-made.
